Operator and contact
마케시안 행사 운영팀 (Marketian Event Team) manages event registration information. Contact marketian.info@gmail.com or use the registration page’s enquiry form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
Purposes
We use information for registration and verification; personal QR delivery; event, day-before and event-day notices; companion registration; entry, stamps, gifts and voting; enquiries and event statistics. Optional theme interests and wellness participation preferences support programme planning.
Information collected
Representative: name, date of birth, gender, Korean/foreign status, email, Korean participants’ mobile number, and foreign participants’ nationality and visa status. A foreign participant’s phone, theme interests and wellness preference are optional. Companions: name, date of birth, nationality and at least one phone number or email; gender is optional. For participants under 14, we record the legal guardian’s name, relationship and consent with the representative’s verified contact. Registration and QR identifiers, consent time/version, delivery status, entry, stamps, gifts, votes, service cookies and access logs may be generated. Enquiries store name, reply contact and message.
Companions and delivery
The representative must share this notice with companions and obtain agreement to registration and individual QR delivery. Notices may be sent to both provided contact channels. The representative’s pass can display companions’ names and personal QR passes. Keep personal QR links private because they provide access to personal information and participation records.
Retention and deletion
Registration, enquiry and participation information is retained for up to three months after the event, then deleted or anonymised when its purpose ends. We verify identity before handling deletion requests and explain any limits on correcting completed participation records.
Services and your choices
The website uses AWS hosting, Aligo for text messages and Google Gmail for email. Delivery services receive the recipient’s contact and message. Any use for advertising beyond event operations requires separate notice and consent. You may refuse consent, but online preregistration and personal QR issuance then cannot proceed. Optional fields can be left blank. Contact the team for withdrawal, deletion or further information about processing services.
Find my food type (Food Signal)
I agree to save my types, scores and test date for My Pass results and personalised AR, for up to three months after the event. I can delete the result at any time. Individual answers, photos and face landmarks are not stored on the server. I can use my QR pass without agreeing.
